We are advising you of the type of information that we hold about you, our intent and the data held in our system.

We are Bravilor Limited and share your information with Bravilor Bonamat BV in accordance with article 6 lawfulness of processing, paragraph b “processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party or in order to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract;”
In plain English this means, you are an employee of an authorised dealer or a prospect dealer and we use your information in order to discuss or negotiate a contract between our companies or fulfil a contract (such as a sale, or send product information) between our companies.
As a customer of Bravilor Limited you have chosen to give us your contact details and the details of your Company, this information is required to process your orders, manage your account and relationship with us as well as communicate information on products and services.
Your Company information such as Name, Address and Website are held in our ERP system, and Individual information; Name, Email Address, and Phone Numbers are held in our ERP system, CRM system and our third party email marketing system. All of this data is backed up and secured and access is restricted internally. Any third party must operate within the directives of GDPR.
For the purpose of this site we will retain your first and last names, company name, company postcode and company email as well as the same information for your delivery address. We will also store any additional information you submit on the order form. We will keep this information in this site for 12 months, after which time it will exist in only in our ERP and CRM systems.
We do collect card details from you if you make payment of your account in this way. (This site does not accept any payment). All details are held securely as governed by PCI-DSS for which we are compliant. This data is held for 7 years and then securely destroyed.
We do not hold any personal information about you such as your date of birth, home details or family information, and we do not hold the data for longer than is required, this means if you leave your employ or your organisation is no longer an authorised dealer we will remove your personal data from our systems.
We check and verify details on a regular basis, but please let us know if there are any changes that need to be made. You have the right to access and change your information at any time by notifying us in writing. Marketing preferences for emailing (excluding contact for orders where you have instigated the communication) can be edited by using the unsubscribe link in every communication or by contacting us at noreply.uk@bravilor.com
Bravilor Limited stores and processes your data in data centres, these are located within the EU.
