How do I place an order?
This site is actually a reservation system so our account customers can quickly and easily reserve the products they would like to buy.
We have set-up the process to mimic the familiar online shopping experience to make the whole as simple as possible.
Place an order using the website and we will hold your stock for 24 hours. Send us a purchase order quoting the order number and we’ll take care of the rest.

What warranty is supplied with my product
SecondLife Products
Grade A, B and C products are all supplied with a two year parts only warranty as standard. This warranty starts from the date of dispatch.
Clearance (New) Products
These products are supplied with a standard warranty. For Bravilor Bonamat products this is two-year parts and one year labour (excluding the Solo) and for Rex-Royal products this is one year parts only.
Can I return my product?
Our returns policy for Second Life and Clearance products is the same as the policy you are familiar with for our new products. If you are unsure about a product, we recommend you contact us before placing as order.
If you are concerned you may miss out on a product, feel free to place a reservation using this site and then call the office for assistance. The order is not complete until you submit your purchase order. Reservations are automatically cancelled after 24 hours.
Can you explain the condition grades?
We sure can!
Simply select the product you are interested in, and you will find the explanation of the grade and what that means beneath the red button where you can add the item to your cart.

Do I need professional installation?
Smaller equipment
For smaller equipemnt such asthe Novo, Mondo and TH series there is not need for a professional installtion. These items are plug and play and come with a comprehensive instruction manual.
B Series, Aurora and Espresso equipment
Due to the more complicated nature of these products, and the fat they require connection to a water supply we would recommend a professional installation. This ensures your equipment is left in full working order and set-up or programmed to your requirements.
